Senior Data Scientist - GenAI (Banking / AML)

As a Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in graph theory and advanced data processing to join our Supply Chain Analytics team. We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist (GenAI) to lead LLM model development for AML/Risk use cases. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to translate AML and risk requirements into scalable GenAI/LLM-based solutions. You will have the opportunity to drive current and future strategy by leveraging your analytical skills as you ensure business value and communicate the results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead LLM model development for AML and Risk applications
• Design and implement prompting strategies and GenAI workflows for business use cases
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into production-ready code
• Drive end-to-end GenAI solution delivery in a regulated banking environment
• Provide technical leadership within a newly formed team

Requirements

• 5+ yrs of Strong understanding of LLMs, GenAI, and prompt engineering
• Proven experience translating business requirements into LLM-driven solutions
• Mandatory domain experience in AML and/or Risk
• Experience in banking or financial services
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
