CONCEPT & PROCESS DEVELOPMENT

As a member of our team you'll take a leading role in designing and implementing innovative system solutions by gathering, analySing, and challenging business, finance, and operational requirements. By adopting a holistic, end-to-end perspective, you will ensure processes and system landscapes are optimiSed for data integration and operational efficiency, avoiding the pitfalls of isolated solutions. Acting as a vital bridge between business and IT, you'll translate complex business needs into detailed, system-based concepts, such as Business Scope Statements (BSS), which will serve as the foundation for technical implementation. You'll independently define project scope, structure BSS documentation, allocate work packages, and ensure the delivery of high-quality requirements. Collaboration will be key as you work with cross-functional stakeholders to secure alignment and provide strategic input during senior management steering meetings, addressing open decisions and critical questions.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In this role you'll oversee and deliver projects of high complexity, encompassing extensive scope, diverse stakeholders, and significant integration challenges. You will assess each project’s unique needs and determine the most effective project management methodologies to ensure the achievement of goals. This includes developing, structuring, and executing comprehensive project plans that align with end-to-end process and data flow designs while managing dependencies across multiple teams and systems. Partnering closely with IT, you will set realistic project timelines, track progress and milestones, allocate resources, and monitor budgets. Your role will involve facilitating workshops, challenging the status quo, and driving innovation by effectively managing complex process dependencies. Through proactive stakeholder communication, you will identify and address bottlenecks, resolve conflicts, and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary, ensuring the success of each project.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT & CONTENT SUPPORT

You'll act as a trusted partner for subsidiaries and headquarters, leveraging your deep expertise in end-to-end processes, data integration, and cross-functional strategies to address challenges and optimise workflows. With your extensive knowledge of data flows and their integration across Finance, Operations, and Sales, you will provide expert-level support for complex process and system-related issues. You will mentor colleagues, enhance their understanding of the bigger picture and guiding them on achieving seamless end-to-end integration. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional discussions, task-forces, and change management initiatives designed to improve data quality, streamline processes, and enhance organisational efficiency. Your ability to challenge existing processes and drive impactful change will ensure continuous improvement and alignment with strategic business objectives.

TESTING, DOCUMENTATION AND HANDOVER

You'll be responsible to ensure high quality and functional integration of all technical developments by ensuring detailed E2E solution testing by the project team. You will ensure the seamless integration of all technical developments through detailed test planning and execution. This includes defining test plans, tracking progress, resolving bugs, and orchestrating user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders. After testing is complete, you will oversee the handover of finalised processes and system solutions to the data and process governance team, ensuring all internal documentation is accurate and comprehensive. As part of this process, you will lead the creation and delivery of training sessions and workshops for Global, End, and Key Users, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to adopt the new systems effectively.
