We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support large-scale analytics and data transformation initiatives within a global consulting and life-sciences environment.

  • Design, build, and maintain DBT models to transform raw data into validated, analytics-ready datasets.
  • Develop and optimize end-to-end ETL pipelines, ensuring data quality, reliability, and performance.
  • Maintain DBT projects with proper version control, documentation, reviews, and CI/CD integration.
  • Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to understand data needs and ensure robust data flows.
  • Implement data quality checks, testing, and validation processes.
  • Ensure pipelines are scalable, well-structured, and aligned with governance and platform standards.
  • Support troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with DBT Core or DBT Cloud.
  • Proven background designing and maintaining ETL workflows.
  • Expert Python skills for data manipulation, automation, and transformations.
  • Exposure to CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Ability to work in international teams across time zones (US Central Time collaboration required).
  • Strong analytical mindset, structured communication, and problem-solving skills.
