Your Mission:
As our Senior Data Engineer, you’ll fully own our ETL pipelines with a strong focus on data transformation, playing a key role in scaling our analytics infrastructure. You’ll ensure data flows are reliable, efficient, and the backbone of smarter decisions across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Fully own and optimize our ETL pipelines, with a strong focus on the transformation layer
Maintain and scale a robust data infrastructure, ensuring data flows reliably and on time
Deliver high-quality, SQL-based data marts that empower self-service BI and drive smarter decision
Monitor and uphold data quality standards
Use modern AI tools (e.g. n8n, Cursor, CoPilot) to automate workflows and enhance data productivity
Be the data backbone of a fast-growing HealthTech platform making real-world impact
Your profile:
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring a startup mindset, a drive to take ownership and enjoy working in a highly motivated, impact-driven team. You don’t have to tick every box but here’s what we’re looking for:
Must-Haves
Degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in data engineering
Proven ability to build and orchestrate data pipelines using Airflow
Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with data warehouse software (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake or Databricks)
Passion for clean, maintainable code, automation and scalable systems
Nice-to-Haves
Exposure to GCP, Airbyte and customer data platforms like Segment or Rudderstack
Familiarity with management of leading Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Looker, Metabase, Tableau)
Familiarity with working with Jupyter Notebooks, hex.tech or Firestore
Experience working with eCommerce or B2C marketing data (e.g. attribution modeling); previous experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) or healthcare-related data is a big plus.
