BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Data Engineer at BlackStone eIT, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data infrastructure and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, design data pipelines, and ensure data quality and integrity.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and data systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop appropriate solutions
Create and optimize databases and data models for efficiency and performance
Implement and automate ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
Ensure data quality and integrity by performing data validation and implementing data quality checks
Mentor and provide guidance to junior data engineers
Develop and maintain documentation related to data infrastructure and processes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and data management

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer
Strong proficiency in Tableau , Alteryx Dashboards with AI and Advanced analytics
Experience with data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts
Knowledge of ETL frameworks and tools
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to lead and mentor a team
