  • Lead the high-priority migration of remaining legacy ETL pipelines from Informatica to Azure Data Factory (ADF) in conjunction with the decommissioning of SQL Server.
  • Design and architect end-to-end solutions for new data integrations, ensuring seamless interaction between the modern cloud data platform and legacy on-premises systems, including SQL Server and IBM DB2.
  • Enhance system performance and reliability by refactoring complex code deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps and developing comprehensive system observability dashboards.
  • Establish and enforce technical governance by setting data engineering standards for coding conventions, CI/CD processes, and data quality, acting as the final design authority for significant code modifications.
  • Mentor and upskill Data Engineers and Visualization Engineers by providing expert technical guidance, conducting thorough code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence
