Your Role: Senior Data Architect & Consultant

As a senior member of our Data Team, you’ll lead complex, agile consulting projects across Capco’s domains. You’ll work directly with technology leaders in financial services to:

• Design and deliver modern data architectures that enable cloud adoption and enterprise scale analytics.
• Advise on best practices for data management, governance, and optimization.
• Shape strategic roadmaps that align data initiatives with business goals.
• Drive innovation by building services and capabilities that define Capco’s vision for Modern Data Architecture.
• Lead teams and client engagements, influencing stakeholders and managing delivery in dynamic environments.

What You Bring

• Proven experience architecting and implementing data strategies, governance models, and enterprise solutions.
• Expertise in Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, Impala, etc.) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Certifications in Cloud Architecture/Data Architecture are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, data lakes, ETL frameworks, and metadata management.
• Hands on experience with cloud migration patterns, security frameworks, and cost optimization.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ideally, experience in Financial Services consulting, with leadership skills and stakeholder management.
• Bonus: Interest in Graph computing and semantic data modeling.
