We are seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer to design, build, and maintain our modern BI data pipeline. This role combines data engineering and analytics engineering and is responsible for transforming raw data into reliable, well-modeled, business-ready datasets.     As a senior member of the team, you will not only architect and maintain scalable data pipelines but also mentor others, establish best practices, and help lead the technical execution of our long-term data strategy. You will play a foundational role in building a modern data platform that empowers stakeholders across the company with trusted, actionable insights.  What will you be doing?
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines from ingestion through transformation and delivery.  
  • Design, build, and maintain our data warehouse and data marts.  
  • Build scalable ELT workflows using modern data stack tools.  
  • Develop and maintain our data transformations using SQL and Python.  
  • Lead and maintain our dbt setup and data modeling standards.  
  • Ensure data quality, testing, documentation, and governance best practices.  
  • Build and maintain Git-based workflows and CI/CD for data projects.  
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into clean data models.  
  • Mentor junior team members and promote engineering best practices.  
  • Evaluate, implement, and integrate tools such as reverse ETL platforms to operationalize warehouse data. 
  • What experience and qualifications should you have?
  • 5+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar roles.  
  • Strong SQL and Python skills (required).  
  • Experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines.  
  • Experience designing data models and analytics-ready data marts.  
  • Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses (BigQuery is a plus).  
  • Experience working within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments (preferred). 
  • Familiarity with ELT tools (Fivetran is a plus).  
  • Strong experience with dbt in a production environment.  
  • Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows.  
  • Exposure to reverse ETL tools is a plus.
