Overview:
Professional Services Operations is a team driven by making the business run as smoothly as possible for our stakeholders through streamlined processes, effective tooling, and great data. Over the next year, we will transform the Professional Services data infrastructure with consistent, accurate, and real-time data insights. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead the design and build of our new reporting infrastructure needed to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will focus on the development of an end-to-end solution with a back-end data warehouse (Snowflake) and front-end solution for self-service, real time data insights and visualization via dashboards and reports (Tableau). The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for uncovering trends and opportunities through data.
