About the team

A flexible lending business support team with members scattered across multiple regions, focuses on supporting various aspects of Amartha's business (performance disbursement, new product features, expansion to new points, petty cash) with the goal of achieving set targets. Enthusiastic about new ideas, they execute with an 'Above & Beyond' approach. If the initial approach doesn't succeed, they embrace a fresh spirit to explore alternative ideas.

About the role

Data Analyst is responsible for delivering actionable insight and analytics to support execution, monitoring and process efficiency. This role bridges data and operations, enabling informed decision making for operational performance reviews, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a data analytic supporting operational processes
• Monitor & analyze operational performance metrics
• Generate insights from operational data to identify issues, improve processes and support
• data-driven decision making
• Develop and maintain operational dashboard, report and monitoring tools to ensure data
• visibility and transparency for stakeholders
• Assist in manual data handling, reporting & reconciliation where system automation is not yet available

Requirements

• Min. 3-4 years experience in handling data analytics
• Strong SQL & advanced excel/google sheets
• Experience with Looker & Superset
• Expereince in Fintech, Microfinance or Multifinance
• Experience join Data Analytic Bootcamp is a plus
