Build robust, end-to-end analytics solutions that empower stakeholders to make smarter, faster decisions;
Design clean, scalable data models and reporting layers to ensure reliable reporting;
Push the boundaries of how data is used - challenge assumptions, uncover opportunities, and drive continuous improvement;
Translate complex data into clear, actionable visuals and narratives;
Ensure that data products (dashboards, models) are consistent with current principles, guidelines, and standards;
Drill down into the data to find specific insights and recommendations for management and colleagues;

Proven experience in an analytical role;
Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write performant and complex queries;
Expertise in creating compelling dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar;
Strong business acumen: ability to challenge vague requests, clarify impact, and guide stakeholders toward meaningful, data-driven decisions;
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end projects;
Passion for data analysis, visualization, and technology;
Solid working knowledge of dbt (Data Build Tool) and/or Python is considered an advantage.
