About the Role
As a Go-to-Market Data (GTM) Analyst at GoTo Financial, you will support marketing and campaign decisions through data-driven insights. Your work will help improve campaign targeting, execution, and performance measurement, enabling more effective and scalable marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into actionable insights that drive real impact.
What You Will Do
Support campaign and marketing targeting, including customer segmentation
Monitor campaign and marketing performance through key metrics and trends
Conduct post-campaign analysis to generate actionable insights
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and go-to-market channels
Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards to track campaign, marketing, and GTM performance
What You Will Need
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable working with data for marketing and GTM use cases
Able to translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
Proficient in SQL and Excel, with working knowledge of Python
Experience building dashboards, performance reporting, and data visualization
Familiarity with A/B testing or experimentation methodologies
