Rocket Now is looking for a highly analytical and operationally strong data analyst / Senior data analyst to support and scale our delivery driver operations. This role will focus on driver onboarding, day-to-day driver operations, incentive program management, and solving operational challenges through data-driven and creative approaches.
This position is suitable for candidates with a data analytics background who are interested in combining analysis with real-world operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize driver operations, including onboarding, activation, and daily performance monitoring
Design, manage, and evaluate driver incentive programs to improve supply, retention, and efficiency
Identify, analyze, and resolve daily operational issues impacting delivery performance
Use SQL to extract, analyze, and visualize operational data to support decision-making
Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs related to driver supply, quality, and cost
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Tech, Finance) to improve delivery processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through creative problem-solving and program design
- Support scaling of delivery operations through structured programs and operational frameworks
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a data analyst, Operations Specialist, or similar role
- Strong SQL skills (mandatory) for data extraction and analysis
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable operational improvements
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
- Solid communication skills and stakeholder management ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in delivery, logistics, mobility, or marketplace operations is a plus
- Experience designing or managing incentive programs
