  • 5 to 7 years of experience in analytics, BI, or production reporting, including experience sharing strategic recommendations
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large and complex data sets
  • Experience using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Background in operations or production analytics, including capacity planning, backlog reporting, and throughput analysis
  • Ability to simplify complex data and clearly explain insights and recommendations
  • Comfort working in fast-moving and evolving environments
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, trusted reporting

  • Experience in credentialing, provider data, or healthcare operations
  • Familiarity with workflow systems, operational SLAs, and production-style work
  • Experience creating forecasting models for volume or productivity
