What You Will Need
5 to 7 years of experience in analytics, BI, or production reporting, including experience sharing strategic recommendations
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large and complex data sets
Experience using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
Background in operations or production analytics, including capacity planning, backlog reporting, and throughput analysis
Ability to simplify complex data and clearly explain insights and recommendations
Comfort working in fast-moving and evolving environments
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, trusted reporting
Nice to Have
Experience in credentialing, provider data, or healthcare operations
Familiarity with workflow systems, operational SLAs, and production-style work
Experience creating forecasting models for volume or productivity
Experience working with global, remote teams
