Job Description:

ProArch is seeking a Cypress Testing Developer with 3–5 years of experience to lead automation testing efforts for web, mobile, and API applications. You will design and implement robust automation frameworks, ensure high-quality test coverage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver reliable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks (POM/BDD) with Cypress for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Implement and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, WebDriverIO, Cypress, or Ranorex.
• Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams in Agile methodology to ensure seamless delivery of tested features.
• Drive test strategy, test plan creation, and execution across multiple projects.
• Manage defect tracking and reporting using Jira or TFS and ensure timely resolution.
• Mentor junior QA engineers in automation practices and framework usage.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines and assist in DevOps adoption for QA processes.
• Provide technical input for test process improvement, automation best practices, and framework enhancements.

Requirements

• B. Tech in computer science, IT or equivalent degree.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in automation testing across web, mobile, and API applications.
• Proficient in Selenium, WebDriverIO, Cypress, or Ranorex.
• Proficient in Java, C#, Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks (POM/BDD).
• Experience in test strategy, test planning, and Agile project delivery.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Jira or TFS.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Good to Have Skills

• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Version control experience (Git or SVN).
• Familiarity with build tools (Maven, Gradle, Ant).
• Experience with Appium for mobile automation testing.
• Knowledge of DevOps integration for QA processes.
