ReWorks Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Customer Success Account Manager to lead our customer success initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients achieve their business goals through the effective use of our products and services, while fostering strong relationships and client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, developing deep relationships with stakeholders to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively monitor and analyze client health, addressing any concerns or issues before they escalate.
- Collaborate with clients to define success metrics and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Lead onboarding processes and training sessions for clients to ensure they receive maximum value from our offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure a cohesive experience for customers.
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to drive additional revenue from existing accounts.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of interpreting data and making informed decisions.
- Experience working with CRM software and customer success tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- A passion for helping clients succeed and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
