Job Title: Sr Customer Solutions Engineer

What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer your focus will be on supporting Key Accounts and developing a thorough understanding of data use cases, the client landscape, and how to best connect the two. You will be responsible for collaborating across Customer Success, Sales, Product and Engineering to ensure our customers experience the best solutions that meet their business’s needs. You will help develop team members in their technical abilities and help drive them towards autonomy. Your work will also be a critical element to actively researching and validating our next generation data offerings as we bring them to market. You will get the opportunity to solve a wide variety of problems, which demand a high level of creativity and imagination, as well as a thorough knowledge of the applicable needs and expectations of employees/customers.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about solving problems and diving deep into technical challenges. If you are a team player that likes working independently solving customers problems while being a part of a hardworking team, then this role is for you!
