CUSTOMER SUCCESS TEAM
We are looking for an outstanding Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing global team!
The Customer Success team is responsible for working directly with our global customer-base, operating the business and providing a top-level service to scale every programmatic campaign as we leverage our technology in the best possible way. Our main goal is to deliver outstanding results for our customers.
Jampp is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to balance long-term relationships with the day-to-day tactical management of our customer's mobile marketing campaigns, understanding the performance and consistently spotting new growth opportunities. You will need to bring a commercial and strategic acumen analytical mindset together with a detail-oriented and data-driven focus in order to build and grow long-term business partnerships with our customers.
We are looking for people with high expertise, enthusiasm, and a true passion for mobile app marketing. If you are willing to work in a fast paced environment while providing an outstanding level of service, you might be the candidate we are looking for 👀
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Senior CSM, you will be responsible for ensuring the success, retention, and growth of our clients by providing exceptional service, guidance, and support across all stages of the customer journey. You will be the main point of contact for key accounts, helping them maximize the value they derive from our performance marketing platform.
