The Senior CRM Specialist for Ads Vertical will be pivotal in strategizing and executing CRM initiatives aimed at enhancing brand partnerships and optimizing sponsored campaigns within Angkas. This role will drive engagement with advertisers while ensuring effective communication and promotion of sponsored projects through various CRM channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies that enhance advertiser relationships and campaign performance.
- Manage end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns focused on brand partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Segment and target the advertiser database to deliver personalized messaging that boosts engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, partnerships, and product) to ensure successful rollout of sponsored campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools, and generate insights to refine and improve future CRM efforts.
- Lead reporting efforts to evaluate ROI of sponsored partnerships and present key metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in CRM, Ad Operations, Growth, or Performance Marketing
- Experience working with CRM platforms (MoEngage preferred)
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and behavioral targeting
- Experience handling advertiser campaigns or media partnerships is a strong advantage
- Analytical and comfortable presenting data to commercial stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong campaign QA discipline
