Your Impact
As a Senior CRM Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making within our organization. You'll collect, process, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that can inform strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
What You’ll Drive Forward
Business Understanding: Understand business objectives and design data analysis plans to support them.
Data Collection and Processing: Collect and process data from multiple sources using SQL queries.
Data Communication: Create data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
Reporting Solutions: Build and maintain reporting solutions based on business requirements.
Exploratory Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and relationships in the data.
Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation of analytical processes and experiments.
Ad-Hoc Investigations: Conduct ad-hoc data investigations when necessary.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Design, build, and maintain ML models, A/B experiments, and analysis to inform data-driven decisions.
Cross-Functional Communication: Maintain effective communication with teammates and other internal departments to ensure proper data communication and addressing.
What Powers Your Drive
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, MBA or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in using various applications and platforms for data extraction, manipulation, analysis, visualization, and reporting.
Advanced SQL databases and query language skills.
Experience with MS Excel and A/B testing.
Advanced Python Skills (Data Science libraries, Visualization libraries).
Advanced understanding of ML and DS contexts.
Experience with data science projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Well-developed ability to communicate in English verbally and in written form.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
