About the Role
Ejam is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to lead performance-driven creative for BugMD, one of our fastest-scaling brands. This role is ideal for a strategist who lives at the intersection of creative storytelling, paid media performance, and rapid experimentation.
You’ll own the strategic direction behind our video and static ad creative — from concept development to performance optimization — working closely with video editors, graphic designers, a project manager, and freelance copywriters to produce high-volume, high-impact creative that drives growth.
This is a senior, hands-on role with real ownership: your ideas will ship fast, get tested in-market, and be judged by performance.
