Senior Creative Excellence

TLDR

Lead creative performance across our app portfolio, using analytical insights to optimize ad creatives and ensure high performance across campaigns.

We are Sevenapps, an app studio. Our portfolio is growing, and we're looking for a Creative Excellence lead to join our team.

Our products reach millions of users worldwide. We're committed to continuous improvement and hold ourselves to high standards.

This role reports to the Marketing Lead and works across Designers, Data, and Product. It is a senior, cross-functional position with direct accountability for creative performance across the portfolio.

We don't need another marketer. We need someone who owns the creative scoreboard.

Our creatives run in ad auctions, not galleries. Every piece of creative has one job: perform. This role is the single owner of creative intelligence and pipeline across the entire portfolio.

What we expect:

You monitor hook rate, CTR, CPM, D0 ROAS, cohort ROAS, pLTV, LTV/CAC - not as a spectator, but as the person who decides what the team does about them.

You run a weekly market intelligence cadence. You read patterns across verticals, identify what's transferable, and make sure it gets adapted, not just noted.

You own the creative pipeline end-to-end. Modular Hook-Body-CTA framework. Every concept ships with multiple use cases, multiple hooks, multiple template variations. No exceptions.

You publish a weekly creative performance report. Numerical. Actionable. If something is slipping, the team hears it from you before they hear it from the numbers.

You enforce brief quality. No duplicate tags. No half-filled fields. No ambiguity in what the creative team is being asked to produce.

You coordinate win transfers across the portfolio. A breakthrough in one app ships to the others - you track it, you follow up, you close the loop.

You raise the red flag early. Creative fatigue, concept stagnation, narrowing into a niche, you catch it and you escalate it.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in mobile performance marketing - UA, creative ops, or growth. App studio background is ideal, not required. What matters is a proven track record: data-driven creative decisions, A/B tests you designed, pipelines you managed. Show us the outputs, not the job titles.
  • Fluent in creative analytics. Hook rate, CTR, CPM, CPA, D0 ROAS, cohort ROAS, pLTV, LTV/CAC. You connect these to creative decisions, not just report them.
  • Experienced with ad intelligence platforms, ad libraries, mobile attribution tools, and A/B testing frameworks. You know where to look and what to do with what you find.
  • Strong in modular creative thinking. You understand Hook-Body-CTA as a system, not a template. You think in format and demographic diversification, not one-size-fits-all.
  • Comfortable with creative taxonomy and labeling, building naming standards, maintaining tag hygiene, keeping the team aligned on shared terminology.
  • Cross-functional credibility. You'll work with Designers, Data and Product daily. You write clear briefs, give sharp feedback, and hold your own in every room.
  • Proactive by default. You build dashboards, set up red-flag systems, and run weekly reporting cadences - not because someone asked, but because the team needs it.
  • Systematic thinker. Process design, workflow mapping, bottleneck analysis. You build systems, not checklists.
  • Fast adapter. The UA environment changes constantly. You learn new tools quickly and spread adoption across the team.
  • Accountability mindset. Decisions get made, actions get completed, loops get closed. That's the standard this role sets.
  • Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Business, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
