The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong visual design skills, deep understanding of user behaviour, and the ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling digital experiences.

You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Leadership teams to produce high-quality designs across websites, dashboards, marketing materials, and product interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Graphics Design

  • Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print: social media posts, product presentations, brochures, infographics, email templates, and branding collateral.
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.
  • Design marketing assets for campaigns, landing pages, and product launches.
  • Ensure all graphics align with brand guidelines and creative direction.

UI/UX Design

  • Design end-to-end user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and translate findings into design improvements.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity screens.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Contribute to design systems and maintain UI/UX best practices across products.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Graphics Design + UI/UX combined (SaaS/Tech industry preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects + creative graphics work.
  • Proficiency in:
    • UI/UX Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
    • Graphics Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (plus)
  • Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding.
  • Experience designing dashboards, mobile apps, and web interfaces.
  • Ability to multitask across graphics design and product UI/UX activities.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
