If you want to:
Create illustrations and designs across the full funnel: performance ads, marketing campaigns, website, landing pages, mobile app, and brand identity systems;
Define illustration style, iconography, and visual storytelling principles that ensure consistency and scale across all platforms;
Iterate quickly based on feedback without compromising quality;
Contribute to shaping HeyPolo’s long-term brand direction, brand book, and creative standards.
And you can check off:
Proven experience in creative design/illustration, ideally in fast-moving teams or startup/scale-up environments;
Strong portfolio showing brand system thinking;
Deep understanding of color theory, typography, composition, grids, and visual hierarchy;
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite;
High attention to detail and strong production discipline (multiple formats, styles, versions, and fast iterations);
Strong taste. We care deeply about craft;
Comfortable working with ambiguity, owning decisions, and setting a high bar without heavy direction.
Bonus points if you:
Have expertise in performance ads;
