Senior Creative Designer

• Design creative assets across web (mobile/desktop), email, social, digital display, video, print, OOH, airport/jetbridge signage, sponsorships, collateral, and experiential assets.

• Ensure all work follows Brand Style Guidelines and Brand Voice Guidelines.

• Partner with copywriters and designers to build cohesive, on-brand creative.

• Present and review work in creative huddles to ensure guideline adherence and channel best practices.

• Review briefs and kickoff materials to understand business objectives and translate them into visual design.

• Apply digital-first thinking and best practices across creative execution.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new ideas.

• Coordinate deliverables with business owners and project managers, managing timelines and workload across multiple projects.

• Advanced experience in visual/graphic design, advertising, and integrated campaign production.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

• Strong understanding of design trends and content visualization best practices.

• Ability to interpret creative briefs and convert them into effective visual concepts.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional partners (design, copy, business).

• Ability to prioritize, manage high workload, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

You will need an advanced level of English for clear and effective communication with the team.

How much experience must I have?

At least 4 years of experience of specialized knowledge in visual/graphic design, advertising, and integrated campaign production.
