  • We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to join our Licensing & New Products team. This role sits at the forefront of our legal function, supporting the expansion of our global footprint and innovative product offerings.
  • You will play a critical role in advising on regulatory licensing initiatives, assessing legal risk for new product launches, and providing strategic counsel on cross-border legal matters. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, fintech-driven environment and is eager to influence key business decisions at a global scale.
  • Assistance and managing the projects for authorizations in different countries.
  • Drafting business plans, different manuals required, and other legal documents.
  • Conducting research under regulation of different countries.
  • Overseeing and giving the right advice on various license applications.
  • Agreement review and managing some part of corporate related tasks.
  • Advising on different legal and regulatory matters, etc..
  • Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their strategic needs that. effectively support key projects, partnerships and commercial goals.
  • Requirements
  • At least 5 years PQE. Previous law firm/regulated company experience is an advantage.
  • Significant experience working across multiple jurisdictions, particularly in Europe, MENA, the Americas and APAC.
  • Experience with dealing with external legal & compliance consultants.
  • Experience in applying for various licences.
  • Analytical skills, commercially oriented and eager to understand how the business operates to the very last detail.
  • Strong task-management abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make decisions and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
