Senior Copywriter

Digital Minds’s award-winning digital agency and the No1 Influencer Agency in Greece, is seeking a Senior level Copywriter.

This position works closely with all team members to conceptualize, develop and deliver strategic & creative copy, content and communications that connect with Digital Minds’s business, internal and consumer audiences across all media, including:

• Social Media Projects.

• Digital Marketing Campaigns.

• Influencer Marketing Campaigns.

• Video Concepts (Social, creators, corporate etc.).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop original digital concepts for amazing campaigns.

• Craft engaging, on-brand copy for social media, websites, and digital ads.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice while effectively communicating key messages.

• Partner with designers to ensure seamless alignment between copy and visuals.

• Conduct research on trends, audience insights, and competitors to enhance creative output.

• Mentor and guide junior writers, fostering a collaborative and inspiring creative environment.

• Confidently present and articulate ideas, incorporating feedback constructively.

• Stay ahead of digital and social trends, continuously developing skills to drive agency growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a copywriter role.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal/influencing skills.

• Multitasker with the ability to adapt under tight deadlines.

• Previous experience supporting digital and social media campaigns is preferred.

• Ability to collaborate with design, digital, video, production and project management staff.
