Cramer is a brand experience and content marketing agency. Cramer Health is a specialty division focused on providing content and experiences that educate and motivate patients, providers, and others in the healthcare ecosystem in actionable, meaningful ways.
As part of Cramer Health’s Content team, you’ll research, develop, and refine content across media and channel for patients, pharmaceutical and healthcare professionals. You understand a brand’s key messages and the nuances of its content – whether it’s about navigating health insurance or supporting medication adherence.
In this role, you’ll work with a team to develop and maintain high quality content for pharmaceutical and medical device brands. This can include developing a wide array of content that can range from presentations and web pages to emails and letters. You can be writing for patient-facing audiences one minute and switching gears and preparing content for health provider offices the next.
The role can be a mix of maintaining the accuracy of content across a hundred communications pieces already in market; to developing new content that can support thousands of patients as they start on a new treatment. You have to love the challenge of maintaining and creating content in equal measure.

Key Responsibilities:
· Maintaining/developing high quality content driven by brand strategies and marketing goals
· Knowledge and experience with medical, legal, and regulatory boards within pharmaceutical companies, including preparing annotations and references for medical/legal/regulatory submissions as needed
· Using client brand guidelines to ensure our content is on-brand, on-message, and punctuation-perfect
· Collaborating closely with teams – both internal and client members – to ensure that messaging and content deliverables ladder up to a strategy, are on-point for the audience, and will meet with regulatory guidelines and brand standards. Close
collaboration with internal creative teams – and the ability to incorporate feedback quickly and accurately – are highly valued
· Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines
· Comfortable with AI for fast iteration and style prompting but ready to uplevel with human intelligence and empathy.
