Chili Piper is a B2B SaaS startup. Our product helps clients turn inbound leads into qualified meetings instantly, helping revenue teams connect to buyers faster. We are a fully remote global team dedicated to solving interesting problems, helping others, and having fun.
We’re growing fast and we're ready to take over the world (in the most civil and appropriate way possible, of course).
***CURRENTLY HIRING IN GMT-3 TO GMT+3 ONLY***
At Chili Piper, content is not a side project. It feeds inbound, supports sales conversations, and influences real pipeline. We’re hiring a Senior Content Manager to own this system end to end.
Your job is to build content that attracts the right people, helps them understand their real problems, and moves them closer to a buying conversation.
Not “more content”, but content that works.
You will own Chili Piper’s content across POV, education, hero stories, and media formats, from idea to execution to impact. Every piece should exist for a reason: educate, guide, or move someone one step closer to action. You’ll turn ideas into assets people actually want to read and that help buyers move.
This role reports to Rox, VP of Marketing, and works closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Events so content supports both market education and revenue.
→ You’ll own the content roadmap with a clear demand goal behind every piece. Articles, posts, guides, courses, landing pages, customer stories. Each one should either attract the right audience, help them self-diagnose, or support a real buying conversation.
→ You’ll write and ship yourself. This is a hands-on role. You’ll turn product capabilities into content resources that make sense to non-technical buyers. You’ll interview customers and GTM leaders to create content that feels real, not theoretical.
→ In the next 6 months, you’ll build repeatable formats that compound: series, playbooks, reports, benchmarks. You’ll track what matters: quality of engagement, inbound intent, and pipeline influence. You’ll improve based on what converts, not what sounds good.
→ You’ll work closely with Product Marketing and the VP of Marketing to turn content into real campaigns that drive pipeline, not just traffic.
This role is for you if you think in problems, not topics. If you write in simple, human language. If you care about “does this create intent?” more than “does this perform on LinkedIn.” If you’re comfortable owning from idea to impact and don’t hide behind “strategy.” If you’re curious about GTM, sales, and how deals actually happen.
You have 5+ years in B2B SaaS content, growth, or product marketing
You’ve created content that drove real interest and action, not just views
You have a strong writing portfolio: posts, articles, landing pages, guides
You’ve worked with sales or demand teams and understand their reality
You can make complex topics simple without dumbing them down
You’ve tied content to business outcomes before
Experience with webinars, courses, or media-style content is a strong plus
Bonus points if you’re comfortable shipping in Webflow or a CMS, understand SEO, have or want to build a LinkedIn presence, and already have a point of view on where B2B marketing is going.
We like to keep things simple and transparent. Here’s what you can expect if you apply:
We’ll review your background and experience to make sure there’s a good fit for the role.
A short, practical assignment to see how you think and approach real product marketing challenges. It’s not a test, we just want to see your creativity and thought process.
A first chat to get to know you: what drives you, how you like to work, and what unique perspective you’d bring to Chili Piper.
The final step. We’ll talk about your bigger picture: your passion for tech, your understanding of our product, and why Chili Piper feels like the right next step for you.
We’re not hiring a “content creator.” We’re hiring someone to own the content system that turns POV into trust, trust into demand, and demand into pipeline.
Why you'll love being a part of our team:
Our team loves Chili Piper because we’re building the company of the future.
Work with an immensely talented global team
Work in a business that’s run fairly and transparently
Competitive pay based on market rate wherever you live
We lead by example--showing industry peers and leaders how to innovate, improve, and grow--while having fun
How we work:
Freedom and flexibility. We’re a 100% distributed team working from around the world, and we've been fully remote since 2016. Our team members can work from wherever they want in the world, as long as they show up on our weekly all hands meeting on Zoom.
Solve interesting problems. The software landscape has exploded. There are dozens of solutions for each problem. We want to be different. We come up with new angles on existing problems or invent better solutions to help companies with their sales and marketing. Then we turn these ideas into beautiful, smart software.
Autonomy and ownership. Working on a distributed team means you don’t have someone micromanaging you or looking over your shoulder to make sure you’re getting things done. We’re a team of do-ers who take full ownership for their results.
Be helpful. Our first value as a company is help. Help our customers be successful. Help our prospects get the right information and make the right decision whether or not it includes our products. Help our team members reach their full potential.
The perks:
Unlimited vacation (and we do mean it, and we do take it!)
Generous health, dental, and vision insurance
Any equipment/software/tech that you need to do your job
Annual professional development stipend of $2,000 USD
Equity - all Pipers receive stock options
Annual company retreat for a week of bonding and adventure (previous retreat locations include Paris, Morocco, Tulum, Iceland, Ibiza, and India!)
