Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.   About The Role: Job Code: Incremental 2026MARK-039 We’re looking for a Senior Content Creator to produce high-quality, performance-driven content across our digital channels. This role focuses on advanced storytelling and creating impactful content that translates business and marketing goals into clear, compelling narratives. You’ll work closely with marketing, growth, and product teams, contributing your experience and creative thinking to campaigns and initiatives, without people management or team ownership responsibilities. What you’ll be doing:

Create high-quality content across multiple channels (social media, website, landing pages, email, ads, blogs).

Translate briefs and business objectives into clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented content.

Develop written, visual, and video content that aligns with brand voice and messaging.

Execute content plans and campaigns in collaboration with marketing and growth teams.

Adapt content for different platforms, audiences, and stages of the customer journey.

Optimize content based on performance insights (engagement, CTR, conversions, SEO).

Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and quality across all content outputs.

Contribute ideas and creative concepts for campaigns and ongoing content initiatives.

Stay up to date with content trends, formats, and best practices.

Who are you?

4-7+ years of experience in content creation or content marketing.

Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across different content formats.

Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills in both Arabic & English 

Proven experience creating content that supports marketing and growth objectives.

Strong understanding of social platforms, digital content formats, and distribution.

Ability to manage multiple content deliverables and deadlines.

Comfortable working with product and performance feedback to improve content.

High attention to detail and strong sense of brand voice.

Experience in tech, SaaS, e-commerce, or fast-paced environments.

Experience with short-form video scripting and content.

Familiarity with content management and marketing tools.

Basic understanding of SEO and performance marketing.
