WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Senior Consultant – Program Manager specializing in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will lead complex, enterprise-level programs that operate at the intersection of security, technology, and business transformation. This is not a task-tracking role—you will serve as the true program lead, bringing structure and clarity to multi-workstream initiatives with executive visibility. You will operate within established PMO governance frameworks while influencing senior leaders, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring strategic objectives are delivered on time and within scope.
You will walk into ambiguity, assess competing priorities, and create order—sequencing initiatives, defining accountability, managing risk, and elevating communication to the executive and board level. Your ability to frame risk, defend timelines and funding, and operate confidently in security-driven, platform-heavy environments will be critical to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex, multi-workstream cybersecurity and IAM programs with enterprise-wide impact
Establish program structure, governance, and operating rhythms in environments lacking clarity or consistency
Develop and manage integrated program plans that align technical execution with business objectives
Operate effectively within a formal PMO, ensuring compliance with governance standards, reporting requirements, and escalation processes
Build executive-level reporting materials, including ELT and board-ready presentations
Clearly articulate program risk, trade-offs, funding needs, and timeline impacts to senior leadership
Drive cross-functional alignment across security, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams
Ensure accountability across workstreams, proactively removing roadblocks and addressing bottlenecks
Maintain enterprise-level visibility into program health, dependencies, and delivery milestones
Support IAM and security-related platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader cybersecurity strategy
