WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Senior Consultant – Program Manager specializing in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will lead complex, enterprise-level programs that operate at the intersection of security, technology, and business transformation. This is not a task-tracking role—you will serve as the true program lead, bringing structure and clarity to multi-workstream initiatives with executive visibility. You will operate within established PMO governance frameworks while influencing senior leaders, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring strategic objectives are delivered on time and within scope.

You will walk into ambiguity, assess competing priorities, and create order—sequencing initiatives, defining accountability, managing risk, and elevating communication to the executive and board level. Your ability to frame risk, defend timelines and funding, and operate confidently in security-driven, platform-heavy environments will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, multi-workstream cybersecurity and IAM programs with enterprise-wide impact

  • Establish program structure, governance, and operating rhythms in environments lacking clarity or consistency

  • Develop and manage integrated program plans that align technical execution with business objectives

  • Operate effectively within a formal PMO, ensuring compliance with governance standards, reporting requirements, and escalation processes

  • Build executive-level reporting materials, including ELT and board-ready presentations

  • Clearly articulate program risk, trade-offs, funding needs, and timeline impacts to senior leadership

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across security, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams

  • Ensure accountability across workstreams, proactively removing roadblocks and addressing bottlenecks

  • Maintain enterprise-level visibility into program health, dependencies, and delivery milestones

  • Support IAM and security-related platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader cybersecurity strategy

ABOUT YOU:

Your values:

    • Integrity: You believe in doing the right thing, even when it's uncomfortable, seemingly inefficient, or costly.
    • Purposefulness: You have a desire to serve others with your skillset and an openness to continuous learning and growth.
    • Ownership: You stick to your commitments, follow up with action, and seek clarity in communication & expectations.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years of experience leading complex enterprise programs, including multi-workstream initiatives with executive visibility

  • Demonstrated experience serving as a true program lead (not solely a project manager), bringing structure and governance to ambiguous environments

  • Experience operating within a formal PMO structure, reporting into senior leadership (Director-level or above), and adhering to enterprise governance standards

  • Proven ability to develop and present executive-level reporting materials for ELT and board audiences

  • Strong experience communicating program risk, defending timelines, and navigating funding discussions under pressure

  • Experience in cybersecurity, IAM, or security-adjacent platform environments

  • Working knowledge of Identity & Access Management concepts (e.g., provisioning, authentication, governance, PAM, SSO, MFA)

  • Ability to sequence complex initiatives, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across technical and business teams

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans
