YOUR ROLE? DRIVE TRANSFORMATION IN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES SECTOR.

You’ll be at the heart of transformation projects for our clients within the Financial Services sector combining sector knowledge, regulatory insight, and change leadership.

MORE SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL:

• Contribute to transformation projects (organizational, operational, or technological) within the financial services sector ecosystem → TRANSFORM & STRUCTURE
• Analyze and optimize business processes related to fund distribution, administration, valuation, and reporting → DIAGNOSE & IMPROVE
• Provide expertise on Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks (UCITS, AIFMD, SFDR, MiFID II, AML/KYC…) → ADVISE & SECURE
• Support your Manager in the coordination of stakeholders across business and IT, and support change management and adoption of new practices → ALIGN & ENGAGE
• Contribute to business development through proposals, service offerings, and thought leadership on regulatory trends → CONTRIBUTE & INFLUENCE

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE? A SECTOR-SAVVY TRANSFORMATION CONSULTANT.

You’re passionate about financial services and want to make a real impact. You bring:

• You hold a master’s degree in finance, law, economics, or equivalent
• 2-3 years’ experience in consulting, project management, or operations within the financial services sector (banks, asset management, investment funds...)
• Good knowledge of the regulatory framework, and understanding of compliance, risk management, and reporting challenges
• Familiarity with middle/back-office operations and tools used in the industry (e.g. Multifonds, GP3, eFront, SimCorp, Domos…)
• Ability to effectively manage project from inception to completion
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• An eye for process optimization, solutions-oriented and continuous improvement

·         You speak both English and French ! (ok, Luxembourgish and German would be ideal too)
