Senior Consultant Financial Performance & Strategy

You will be involved in different projects and you will mainly work on the following topics:

• Rethink the Finance Organisation of our clients
• Build the foundations for strong business and financial Controllership;
• (Re)gain control over the financial impact of their business processes;
• Improve and accelerate their closing, consolidation, but also the effectiveness and efficiency of plans, budgets, and forecasts…

You will get the opportunity to actively contribute to Sia’s internal activities:

• Development and reinforcement of our offer, by understanding and interpreting Financial performance and strategy
• Business development, by contributing to need definition and participating in our commercial initiatives

Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to collaborate with us in a fast growing company.

• You have a Master's degree applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics. 
• You have 3-6 years relevant working experience.
• Knowledge in financial strategy, closing, consolidation & reporting and in finance process optimization.
• Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions.
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• You're a fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.
