Senior Consultant - Financial Analyst / FP&A Analyst

Our Delta Operational team is looking for a Senior Consultant - Financial Analyst to help and support one of our clients a major player within the fund industry.

The Senior Consultant will have the following responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data to assess business performance.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Build and enhance financial models to support decision-making.
• Automate financial reporting and create insightful performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify improvement areas and cost drivers.
• Prepare clear and impactful financial presentations for senior management.

The Senior Consultant - Financial Analyst will also have the responsibility to animate the Delta Accounting tribe, participate to the development of the existing team, animating workshops and training internally and with third parties.

As an operational consultant, the Senior Consultant will act as Subject Matter Expert to support other colleagues in case of expertise needs.  

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial analysis, controlling, or FP&A.
• Strong command of SQL to extract and manipulate financial data.
• Proficiency in handling complex datasets (Advanced Excel, Power BI or Tableau is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of budgeting and planning processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
• Master II qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• English and French speaking are mandatory, additional language is considered as an advantage.
