Process Engineering:
- Conduct in-depth process analysis and assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and document detailed process maps, workflows, and procedures.
- Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes.

Change Management:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs.
- Anticipate and address resistance to change, providing support and guidance to individuals and teams.
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive organizational alignment and adoption of new processes and technologies.

Business Readiness:
- Assess organizational readiness for change initiatives, including technology, people, and process capabilities.
- Identify and address potential risks and challenges that may impact business operations.
- Develop and implement business continuity plans to ensure resilience and minimize disruptions.
- Provide guidance and support to business leaders in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
Requisite Skills:
- 3-5 years of relevant change management and process engineering experience, working directly with clients to identify and document organizational impacts of change initiatives such as vision/value definition, communication, leadership engagement, organization alignment and change sustainability.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to create impactful and concise executive stakeholder-ready deliverables, and polished client-facing oral communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous experience managing multiple workstreams as a member or leader on change projects, ensuring the readiness of the client organization(s) for a variety of changes, including new technology/processes, new organization strategy, or other change efforts.
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with change management frameworks and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Preferred Skills:
- Consulting, client servicing and/or advisory experience
- Grid Operations Operational Technology experience highly desirable (SCADA, DERMS, ADMS, AMI, etc)
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN).

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $115,000 - $166,099 for this role. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
