The Opportunity
Cint is looking for a Senior Consultant for our Demand Integrations Team, focussing on Cint built integrations and custom solutions, reporting directly into our global lead. This is a senior role, supporting selected high profile customers across the globe, working closely with our internal engineering team and coordinating with internal stakeholders across various departments.
The Senior Consultant will have their own portfolio of global customers, offering them a white glove service. Key for these customers will be to onboard them to Cint’s APIs in a smooth and efficient way and once the integration is live, continue to help customers optimize it to meet Cint’s success metrics.
The Demand Integrations team's mission is to support our customers with technical expertise and custom software engineering solutions to develop automated workflows for partners via API integrations.
As a Senior Consultant, Demand Integrations, you will be responsible for the success of new and existing integrations and/or custom solutions, the successful roll out of new integrations and the consistent optimization of all solutions in your portfolio.
Additional metrics for every Senior Consultant are the health of the customer’s integration, the growth of the customer, and the speed to launch for every new customer.
The Senior Consultant works closely with the Demand Integration Engineers, Customers Success teams, Account Management teams and also the stakeholders on our R&D team while also aligning globally with their EMEA/APAC counterparts.

Remote working is fully supported as the team operates globally with various locations (and remotely). Travel for customer visits and internal team events may be required occasionally.
The Team
The Demand Integrations team is part of the overall Customer Experience Organisation. We work closely with all departments, acting as facilitators between our internal sales and customer success teams and the external customers and their tech teams.
We also close the loop between our internal tech and product teams with customer feedback and feature requests to ensure customer voices are heard.
The Demand Integrations team supports customers globally. Team members are located in various US and European cities as well as in India. Our team supports three main areas: Cint’s Marketplaces, Measurement and Data solutions, and Optimization & Health.
What You Will Do
Be the go-to person for internal stakeholders for all initial queries and/or escalations for customers in your portfolio
Build relationships with other departments and key stakeholders internally
Be a role model for creativity and a solution oriented mindset
Manage internal changes and support your team and customers through it
Have a clear understanding of your customers, their needs, cultural differences and challenges
Have a clear understanding of your portfolio’s performance and opportunities
Be able to review potential new customer’s API documentation and evaluate the complexity for our team to integrate with the customer’s solution
Create documentation and guidance for our internal engineers for any new and existing Cint built integration
Gain an in-depth understanding and knowledge of our internal engineering capabilities and solutions to assist our internal stakeholders with new opportunities
Build and manage relationships with customers in your region to drive the health and growth of your customer’s integrations
For your high profile customers, gain an understanding of your customer’s internal structures, key stakeholders and their business and needs
Be able to provide technical guidance to customers during all phases of their integration life cycle
Collaborate with other departments on process changes and the rollout of it
Create team and/or company relevant internal documentation
Be able to recommend improvements to APIs internally and to your customers
Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional fashion
Develop a full understanding the industries in which Cint and your customers operate in and be able to promote Cint’s value proposition
Ability to understand different and unique customer business models and how an integration with Cint will benefit them
Practice superior time management self-discipline to work independently
What We Are Looking For
Experience with designing customer specific solutions based on internal tech
Working with API integrations
Experience with onboarding customers to a tech solution and being aware of a customer life cycle beyond the onboarding process
Technical experience relating to REST APIs, API implementation, platform-to-platform integrations
Ability to focus on large amounts of data daily
Enjoys solving problems and prefers analytical methods
Strong communicator and flexible team player
Ability to convey complicated ideas to non-technical stakeholders

Basic understanding of with Grafana, Kibana, opensearch
Extremely thorough and detail-oriented in both communication and analysis

Must be able to work in an evolving, fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Confident in speaking and writing in English
Bonus Points If You Have
Bachelor’s degree. (Business administration, information technology, Market Research, computer science, information technology, engineering or related discipline preferred)
Familiarity with internet protocols and API frameworks, as well as at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and/or Go)
Awareness of modern software development methodologies, with emphasis on application architecture and API infrastructure
Additional Language skills beyond English
Additional information
The anticipated annualised pay range for this role is $95,000 to $117,000 with annual on target annual bonus of $9500 - $11,700. In addition, this position is also eligible for the following benefits:
