As an ODOO project manager, you will be an integral part of our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing the needs of our clients.
• Designing solutions that are both technical and functional.
• Managing the budget allocated for the client project.
• Planning and coordinating project stages.
• Leading a team of developers.
• Overseeing the development and integration of solutions for our clients.
• Managing the project from A to Z, from initiation to client satisfaction.
• Regularly presenting the project's progress to the client and management.

Requirements

OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?

• you own a Master's degree.
• At least two years of experience in managing ERP ODOO implementation projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills through professional experience.
• Expert-level functional knowledge of various business concepts, such as supply chain management, logistics, procurement, inventory, customer relationship management, sales, purchasing, manufacturing, and accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to learn, use, and train clients on relevant systems, features, and products.
• Proven ability to make decisions and balance conflicting demands throughout the project.
• Functional knowledge of ODOO's core modules, including sales, purchasing, delivery, accounting, manufacturing, e-commerce, human resources, etc.
• Successful experience in implementing at least 3 complete cycles of ODOO implementation.
• Excellent team player, meticulous, self-reliant, and proactive.
• Stress management and leadership qualities.
• In-depth understanding of risk management and its implications.

• Analyzing current business processes in a critical manner/planning and reporting back on data found
• Providing solutions to improve the productivity and efficiency of the business
• Providing suggestions of ways the business can adapt for the future
• Conducting and delivering quantitative research
• Having strong numerical ability to analyze performance metrics
• Effectively managing projects from inception to completion
• Leading teams to secure positive outcomes for organizations
