  • Guide and support junior and mid-level artists

  • Help ensure visual consistency across shots

  • Assist in onboarding new artists into the pipeline and studio culture

  • Expert knowledge of Nuke, including basic scripting, AOV management, and 2D/3D integration
  • Ability to handle multiple shots simultaneously under tight deadlines

  • Motivation to learn, grow, and share expertise

  • Strong artistic eye for detail, composition, and seamless integration

  • Ability to propose creative solutions that meet production needs

  • Solid experience in a structured production environment

  • Ability to solve technical problems independently

  • Basic English skills (spoken and written)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with scripting (TCL, Python)

  • Experience with ShotGrid or similar tools

  • Sensitivity to photography, composition, and color theory

  • Comfortable working in a Linux/Unix environment

The person in this role will work closely with our Paris studio in a bilingual environment, as well as with international partners, talent, and clients. They will regularly interact with non-French-speaking stakeholders across various productions and strategic communications, in order to present and promote the creative and technical strengths of Mikros Animation on a global scale.
