Senior Compensation Analyst

Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Finance team, the Senior Compensation Analyst will be a key partner of the Sales and Commercial Operation teams and will be responsible for sales compensation calculations, analysis, and reporting.  This includes creating, maintaining, and updating Xactly Incent software, calculating payments, and delivering reports.
 
About the Role:
  • Support the day-to-day administration of Xactly, the incentive compensation system for the global sales force, including maintaining employee and plan data, plan setup, quota, territory changes, and payout validation.
  • Collaborate with sales management to provide accurate, timely and effective payment reporting and operational support.
  • Monitor and resolve field inquiries regarding sales and compensation, assist with the distribution of individual compensation plans and reports.
  • Process and evaluate accruals, generate metrics comparing to actuals and budget.
  • Participate on continuous improvement of commercial analytics, reporting tools, and processes that can scale with the company's growth.

 

 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field that uses quantitative analysis.
  • 5+ years in compensation or analytics roles, preferably in medical device, consumer goods and/or pharmaceutical companies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, ability to demonstrate solid analytical skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Xactly Incent experience preferred but not required.
