Looking to hire a Senior Community Lender-Bilingual (English/Spanish). As the Senior Community Lender you will be responsible for conducting business development/prospecting calls, underwriting loan applications, screen loan request, present proposals for review to loan committee, negotiate loan transactions and close loans, maintain data files relating to loan applications. You will also be responsible for assisting in the monitoring and servicing of the institution's loan portfolio and market institution's loan products and services to potential borrowers.

THE SKILLS SET NEEDED
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field such as financial management, small business management, business administration or economics.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Capacity to learn departmental software systems and databases, including but not limited to Customer Relationship Management software, SPARK, The Exceptional Assistant (TEA) and cloud-based programs like Microsoft 365 and Power BI.
Proficiency in Microsoft Products; with strong skills in Excel.
Ability to work effectively with racially and socially diverse individuals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Understanding of basic principles of accounting, finance and financial analysis.
