Trilogy Federal is looking for a broad-ranging Senior Communications Analyst to join our growing company and support one of our primary federal clients with a major change management effort. Our ideal candidate will be capable of handling a wide portfolio of communications subject areas, including internal communications, public relations, information output, press releases, OIG/OGC/OMB responses, social media and/or advertising for an enterprise/executive office for a federal agency.  We are looking for skilled candidates to primarily work remotely to support this contract.   Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide communications planning, training, creative support, and message delivery counsel to client initiatives and change management campaigns 
  • Develop and edit communications artifacts (articles, fact sheets, press releases, official responses, eblasts, brochures, posters, video scripts, etc.) and related activities for multiple audiences and stakeholders 
  • Navigate client review processes and incorporate edits 
  • Facilitate client meetings to ideate on new products, discuss progress on current products underway, and finalize deliverables 
  • Develop new article, product, social media, or other communications product ideas and pitch to team and client 
  • Development of communications products to clearly visualize complex ideas, concepts, and processes (infographics, workflows, etc.) 
  • Provide copy editing for fellow team members, and ensure quality control of end products 
  • Ensure 508 compliance for all products (as required) 
  • Manage complex landscape of stakeholders, including C-suite executives 
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor progress 
  • Provide expert advice related to strategic communications for both internal and external stakeholders, including senior government leaders 
  • Assist in the development of crisis communications strategy and messaging as needed 
  • Support the development of responses to formal OIG/OGC/OMB findings reports (as needed) 
  • Ensuring enterprise knowledge management system information is updated and accurate 
  • Support permissions management for enterprise knowledge management system 
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a communications-related field 
  • 8 years of overall professional experience 
  • Experience and knowledge of communications products, methodologies and tools, including articles, social media, graphical design, newsletters, etc. 
  • Effective project management skills, including a demonstrated ability to manage and track multiple products simultaneously 
  • Expert-level skills in all Microsoft Office applications to clearly communicate ideas and concepts, particularly in PPT, Word, and Excel 
  • Experience developing visual products to help a wide range of stakeholders understand and digest complex concepts and processes  
  • Experience with managing and administering SharePoint pages 
  • Ability to interface well with end-users and client stakeholders across the organization, including C-suite executives 
  • Self-starter able to work independently and within a team 
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) 
  • Resource needs to be flexible and understand role will be fluid – may have other duties as assigned 
  • Ability to achieve public trust level VA security clearance 
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • VA experience preferred 
  • Wide-ranging communications delivery experience, C-suite/enterprise-level and healthcare communications backgrounds preferred  
  • Experience using advanced visual software applications (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite products) 
  • Public relations experience helpful
