Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager – Supply & Marketing, you will provide analysis, insights, and commercial advice that drive superior performance across the Group Marketing, Supply, R&D, and Logistics teams. You will act as a business partner, offering expert commercial and financial insights to enhance decision-making and optimise business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analysis and insights to support Group Marketing & Supply Chain priorities.
  • Partner with Group Marketing, Supply, R&D, and Logistics Leadership Teams as an independent subject matter expert.
  • Drive transformation by delivering actionable insights rather than just financial analysis.
  • Support financial monitoring and reporting, including expense budgets, capital expenditure, costing, pricing, and profitability.
  • Contribute to strategy development to maximise the value of products over their lifecycle.
  • Participate in the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) investment process, ensuring effective measurement and optimisation of spend.
  • Lead commercial support for the New Product Development (NPD) process, ensuring all commercial considerations are addressed.
  • Assist in the preparation of commercial contracts and capital expenditure requests.
  • Research and analyse industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity, providing recommendations to leadership teams.

 About You

We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented professional with strong commercial acumen and analytical skills. You should be comfortable working independently under broad direction, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable insights.

 Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting.
  • Strong technical and commercial accounting skills.
  • Advanced Excel modelling skills and familiarity with ERP/BI systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong time management and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Ability to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CA qualification.
