We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a critical role in scaling our clinical workforce. This role requires expertise in high-volume hiring for clinical roles, strong sourcing capabilities, and hands-on experience with Greenhouse. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to operate effectively in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical roles including Medical Assistants, LPNs, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Care Delivery Operations, and Health Coaches.
Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing across multiple channels.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and create effective interview plans.
Maintain disciplined ATS hygiene in Greenhouse including tagging, workflow updates, documentation, and reporting.
Track, analyze, and communicate recruiting metrics to hiring managers and leadership.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience rooted in clarity, communication, and empathy.
Contribute to process improvements and TA initiatives that strengthen consistency, efficiency, and scalability.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years focused on clinical hiring.
Proven success recruiting for Medical Assistants, LPNs, RNs, NPs, and/or related healthcare roles.
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS (workflows, reporting, tagging, automation, pipeline management).
Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards, and passive outreach strategies.
High level of accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering results.
