We are looking for a Senior Client Solutions Manager to join our Snapchat team in South Korea. In this role, you will work closely with Snap sales teams and advertisers to design, execute, and optimize high-performing Snapchat campaigns. You will act as a strategic partner, driving client success while providing thought leadership on digital media trends and Snap solutions.

What you’ll do
Collaborate with Snap sales teams to understand advertiser objectives and recommend best practices for effective Snapchat campaigns.
Support media planning by evaluating, structuring, and implementing Snap media plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across sales teams and advertisers to ensure campaign satisfaction.
Proactively engage with advertisers on a regular basis, addressing issues promptly and ensuring smooth campaign delivery.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Snapchat and Aleph (Entravision) solutions.
Help advertisers set up, execute, and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum performance.
Measure and analyze campaign results, deriving actionable insights to improve performance and enhance Snap solutions.
Stay at the forefront of the evolving digital media landscape, providing thought leadership and adapting to new products and partnerships.
What you need for this role
5+ years of experience in campaign management for digital or social media platforms.
Prior experience in account management or client-facing roles is advantageous.
Proven ability to build, develop, and strengthen client relationships, navigating conflicts and driving group decisions.
Track record of translating marketing objectives into measurable results for advertisers.
Experience analyzing campaign performance and recommending optimizations.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Strong understanding of the digital marketplace and competitive landscape.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
