Driving Revenue Growth & Strategic Client Expansion As a Client Partner, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth and expanding Aleph’s footprint in Latvia, directly contributing to revenue generation, portfolio expansion, and long-term strategic client partnerships. This is a revenue-driven, commercially focused role responsible for owning a book of business, identifying new growth opportunities, and positioning Aleph as a strategic partner within the digital advertising ecosystem. What You’ll Do:

Revenue Growth & Portfolio Expansion

  • Sell Microsoft Advertising solutions to both new and existing advertisers.

  • Proactively generate new leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities.

  • Consistently achieve sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer sales experience.

  • Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and annual revenue performance.

  • Strategic Client Leadership

  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts across key verticals through industry events, outreach, and market engagement.

  • Engage regularly with new and existing clients to understand campaign objectives, KPIs, and future marketing plans.

  • Recommend tailored solutions from the product portfolio to help clients achieve their business and marketing goals.

  • Lead onboarding processes for new clients, including guiding them through legal and compliance requirements.

  • Market & Cross-Functional Impact

  • Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

  • Introduce Aleph to new prospects and expand presence across target industries.

  • Collaborate closely with Client Solutions Managers (Account Managers) to ensure smooth campaign launches and execution.

  • Provide timely, actionable feedback to clients to optimize performance and strengthen relationships.

  • What You Bring to the Table:
  • 3+ years of Digital advertising experience, either in Business development, Account management or Ad Sales experience.

  • Comprehension of the local advertising ecosystem, including a comprehensive understanding of key players and stakeholders within the industry.

  • Strong commercial skills (responsible for direct revenue).

  • Direct experience in paid search advertising, performance advertising and e-commerce.

  • You can work independently and set your own workflows to achieve sales targets.

  • You're fluent in Latvian and English.
