We are looking for a Senior Client Partner to elevate our Switzerland Team. In this role, you will be consulting key advertisers and agencies in the market on how to deliver on their marketing objectives through our partners’ ad platforms. Strong social and professional ties within the local advertising industry and strong ties with the local business community are required.
What you'll do:
Lead Sales activities in Austria / Switzerland
Build and manage relationships with major brands, media and creative agencies with the goal to sign multi million contracts (several hundred thousands)
Discover client objectives at business and campaign level and build strategic plans to meet these
Use in depth market and product knowledge to recommend and educate clients on best practices for developing and scaling effective campaigns
Spotting market opportunities for new customers
Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business
Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
Networking with other directors in order to generate new business for the company
Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances
What you need for this role:
University education in business administration, economics or similar social sciences
10+ years of professional experience, with 4-8+ years of sales/business management within a sales organization focused on large and strategic accounts
Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships
Strong commercial skills (responsible for direct revenue);
Proximity to the business/industry
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
Excellent presentation skills, attention to detail
Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision
Must have strong understanding of the digital marketplace and understanding of the competitive landscape in which we operate
