Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of civil site and land development projects, from concept through construction. Lead and mentor engineering and design teams to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency in project execution. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships. Assist the Vice President with workload management, resource allocation, and business development activities. Review and prepare design plans, reports, and specifications in compliance with local and state regulations. Perform hands-on design work in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ensuring deliverables meet company and client standards. Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and permitting agencies to facilitate successful project approvals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred — ability to obtain in one of the company’s operating states is a plus. 10+ years of experience in civil engineering and land development design. Proven project management and team leadership experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing projects across multiple jurisdictions (MD, VA, WV, or PA) is highly desirable.
