Duties:

  • Provide quality assurance and quality control oversight on design deliverables.
  • Lead business development efforts — from identifying opportunities to developing proposals and presenting to clients.
  • Collaborate with peers across offices and disciplines to share resources and strengthen technical excellence.
  • Support the divisional leaders in executing strategy, developing staff, and driving growth within the Municipal Infrastructure Market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in municipal or public infrastructure design and project management.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in New York State or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Proven experience leading teams, managing clients, and delivering successful infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with public works contracts, including bidding procedures, construction administration, contract compliance, and documentation requirements.
  • Strong understanding of AutoDesk Civil 3D, stormwater and water infrastructure design, and local standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • A growth-oriented mindset and ability to inspire others.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000 per year
