Prosci Certification (highly desirable).
Intermediate to advanced English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, Project, ADKAR dashboards, Adobe suite, and collaborative tools (required).
Strong skills in consultative leadership, strategic thinking, risk management, and effective communication.
