We are looking for a Change Management professional who will serve as a Senior Consultant to bring organizational development and consulting acumen to clients in an environment with people who truly care about you and your ideas.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of change management experience supporting significant change management engagements with successful outcomes in consulting, enterprise, or technology organizations.
- Experience in technical change management engagements involving software and technology systems.
- Prosci certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proficient with Project Management tools and frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years of enterprise change management experience in consulting organizations.
- PMP certification.
- Big 4 consulting or similar experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create change management roadmaps and deliverables.
- Proactively determine organizational changes and articulate change impacts that result from large-scale implementations.
- Create change management, communication, and training strategies.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule, on budget, and on scope.
Compensation:

For WA Residents: The base compensation range for this position is $70 to $80 per hour depending on experience.
- Employees are also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
