Senior Change Management Consultant

We are looking for a Change Management professional who will serve as a Senior Consultant to bring organizational development and consulting acumen to clients in an environment with people who truly care about you and your ideas.

  • Client Delivery Performance.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of change management experience supporting significant change management engagements with successful outcomes in consulting, enterprise, or technology organizations.
  • Experience in technical change management engagements involving software and technology systems.
  • Prosci certification.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient with Project Management tools and frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of enterprise change management experience in consulting organizations.
  • PMP certification.
  • Big 4 consulting or similar experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create change management roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Proactively determine organizational changes and articulate change impacts that result from large-scale implementations.
  • Create change management, communication, and training strategies.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule, on budget, and on scope.

Compensation:

  • For WA Residents: The base compensation range for this position is $70 to $80 per hour depending on experience.
  • Employees are also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
